Promise
I absolutely guarantee all work from defect. My signature on your keepsake is my sense of pride in the work I create. If for any reason you are not 100% pleased with your order please return it within 10 days for a refund less shipping and handling.
Ordering
For those occasional instance when Garden Keepsakes may be out of stock of your selections, please indicate whether you prefer a backorder or substitute.
Delivery
Please allow 2-6 weeks; rush order can be accommodated. Garden Keepsakes merchandise is shipped UPS or USPS unless another carrier is specified by the customer.
Payment may be made with a credit card or a check. Write check to Garden Keepsakes.

Returns
If a return is prompted by shipping damage, do not discard the original packaging and alert us immediately. If product is otherwise defective, please
contact us within 10 days and indicated if you prefer a replacement or credit to your account.
Please Note
On Custom Orders each design is unique and may not have the exact same flowers. Since I grow most of the flowers during the winter some flowers may
be out of stock. In such an event the overall quantity, design and color scheme will be retained as per the description. We will gladly do special order work for you, colors, types of flowers, size, etc.
